Bio Talent Canada has offered jobs for Bio Ready globally educated professionals as a part of the latest pay subvention pilot project. It is aimed at enhancing the Bio-economy of Canada. This project intends to foster the growth of the industry by placement of Globally Educated Professionals. These must have been nominated as Bio Ready by employers who seek to create more inclusive and diverse workplaces.
The remunerated Internship Program Bio Ready is partially funded by the Government of Canada. It is through the Recognition Program for Foreign Credentials. This project will receive 479, 000 US Dollars from FCRP to enable recruitment of 35 internationally educated professionals. It will assist Highly Skilled Overseas arrivals to obtain their first Skilled Work Experience in Canada, as quoted by the Pharmiweb.
The Paid Internship Program Bio Ready will also assist another 50 internationally educated professionals to get their skills accredited. They will be offered the designation Bio Ready. It will be through the Bio Skills Recognition Program in Canada of Bio Talent Canada. This is a program for matching of skills designed by Bio Talent Canada.
Through the program, persons can align the skills they possess to any one of 32 digital skills profiles approved by the industry. After entering, the portfolio for skills is assessed by an industry Professional in Canada. To get the designation Bio Ready for the profile the individual’s skills must correspond sufficiently with the skills profile.
The designation in Canada Bio Ready can be of immense help to the newcomers in conquering their biggest hurdle in obtaining a job, the industry experience in Canada. It also symbolizes a substitute pathway for a career for those who possess a license in Canada for a pharmacist or medical professions.
