1,406 Express Entry candidates - Biggest PNP draw by Ontario

Ontario, the second largest province of Canada amazes migrants through its draws. Express Entry candidates having work experience in one of six tech occupations were invited. This biggest draw by Ontario was held on October 27, 2021 and invited 1,406 Express Entry candidates. Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream Ontario invited the eligible candidates under Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream. These candidates need to have:

• Profile in the Express Entry system
• Comprehensive Ranking System score between 455 and 467
• One year of work experience in any of the below listed occupations

  The candidates without any job offer in any of these occupations are refused by OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program). The invited aspirants having foreign education may have to submit an Educational Credential Assessment so the OINP can verify that their education is equivalent to a Canadian bachelor’s degree or higher. The candidates who received this invitation will have 45 calendar days to submit their application for Ontario’s Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). The candidates invited in this draw are eligible to apply for a provincial nomination and support their permanent residency application if they meet all the eligibility criteria of the program. The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), associated with the Express Entry system, automatically adds 600 points towards their overall score if they get the nomination. The invited Express Entry candidates should have a minimum of one year experience in any of the above occupations listed in order to receive the provincial nomination. If the candidates are nominated under this or the Express Entry-linked PNP, then they will directly placed in the front line to receive the Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence. This is Ontario's second Tech Draw in 2021.
