MS Programs at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech)

The California Institute of Technology, known as Caltech, is a private research university located in Pasadena, California.

Caltech comprises six academic divisions and the focus is strongly on science and engineering. It is spread over 124 acres about 11 miles northeast of the Los Angeles city center.

But most of the admitted students have an average GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0, which is equivalent to 89 to 90%. The approximate cost of attendance at Caltech is $80,349 and $85,263 for UG and PG programs, respectively. Included in this is a tuition fee of $55,894 and $55,095 for UG and PG programs, respectively.

No merit-based scholarships are provided by Caltech but meet the full costs of the students with a requirement for financial aid. The university provides scholarships, awards, loans, and grants only to fulfill the financial needs of the students and also extends help to them to find work so that they can cover their expenses themselves. Foreign students are allowed to apply for many external scholarships.
