Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), a private university, is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Established originally in 1900, it became the Carnegie Institute of Technology in 1912. The university comprises seven colleges and independent schools. Admission Process at Carnegie Mellon University

To apply for admission at CMU, students need to submit a Common Application and pay fees of $75.
