The University of British Columbia (Bachelors of Engineering)

The University of British Columbia (UBC), has two campuses – one close to Vancouver and the other in Okanagan in Kelowna, British Columbia. Established in 1908, it houses twelve faculties at its Vancouver campus and seven at its Okanagan campus. 

UBC Library has 7.8 million volumes, over 370,000 e-journals, and 2.1 million e-books. The main campus of UBC is located near Vancouver and is spread over 400 acres. UBC partners with the community, government, industry, and other universities to provide students with education.

UBC offers more than 350 programs at undergraduate and graduate levels. It has at any time about 68,000 students pursuing education. UBC has three intakes- summer, winter, and fall. 

Indian students require a GPA of at least 3.6, equivalent to 90%, for admission to undergraduate programs. 

Indian students would need to spend CAD 6,000 to CAD 34,000 per year, based on the program, while they are studying there.

The Campuses of the University of British Columbia

The institute has two main campuses located in Vancouver and the Okanagan Valley. The Vancouver campus is close to many beaches, numerous botanical gardens, a performing arts center, etc.
