The University of British Columbia (UBC), has two campuses – one close to Vancouver and the other in Okanagan in Kelowna, British Columbia. Established in 1908, it houses twelve faculties at its Vancouver campus and seven at its Okanagan campus.

The institute has two main campuses located in Vancouver and the Okanagan Valley. The Vancouver campus is close to many beaches, numerous botanical gardens, a performing arts center, etc.
