The University of New South Wales, or UNSW Sydney, or UNSW, is a public research university located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. 

Established in 1949, it has international exchange and research partnerships with more than 200 universities globally.

The university comprises seven faculties; with the main campus being located in Kensington in an area spread over 94 acres. Its other campuses and facilities are in Canberra, Albury, Bankstown Airport, Botany, Coogee, Cowan, Coffs Harbour, Dee Why, Griffith, Manly Vale, Fowlers Gap, Port Macquarie, Randwick, and Wagga Wagga.

The university is home to more than 63,000 students. Though it imparts courses in 23 subjects, it is famous for accounting, civil & structural engineering, finance, law, and psychology. 

UNSW provides either a scholarship that covers the full tuition fee or an AUD 20,000 scholarship for tuition fees for the entire duration of the program. 

The university has six faculties, namely Faculty of Arts, Design & Architecture, Faculty of Business, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Law & Justice, Faculty of Medicine & Health, Faculty of Science, and Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) at UNSW Canberra.

The Campuses of UNSW

 UNSW has three major campuses: one in Kensington, one in Paddington, and one in Canberra.

It houses a fitness and aquatic center for fitness buffs.
