Contributory Aged Parent Visa Subclass 864 is a permanent visa that allows the aged parent of an Australian Citizen or an Australian PR to stay in the country permanently. • Neither the applicant nor their family must owe any debt to the Australian government. If you do, you must pay it back before applying for the Subclass 864 visa.

Visa Fees

One must pay a visa fee of AUD48,365 to apply to Contributory Aged Parent Visa Subclass 864. The fees must be paid in two instalments, the first at the time of applying for the visa, and the second instalment is to be paid when asked.

The application fee may increase than the mentioned amount as the applicant might have to pay for police certificates, health check-ups, etc.
