According to the recent press release, the U.S. court has approved the Market Research Analyst for an H-1B visa. A major win for H-1B employers. This is now considered as a 'specialty occupation' by the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services). The USCIS determines applications for H-1B visas, which is the most preferred one by Indian IT professionals.

About H1B visa

The H1B -visa is well-known as the non-immigrant visa that helps the U.S. organizations to hire foreign nationals with Tech experience. Most of the U.S. companies hire tech professionals every year from India as well as China. This is a welcoming opportunity for most of Market Research Analysts, as there are a huge number of job openings in the U.S. Hence, most of the companies in the U.S. requested to accept the applications denied by the USCIS. This would help the companies to immediately fill the vacant positions without any delay.

This leads to a boom in U.S. markets - According to the U.S. officials "The settlement gives US businesses another chance to have their H-1B market research analyst petitions approved, this time under new guidance worked out by the parties to the lawsuit. Each H-1B petition reopened and approved will represent another opportunity for US employers and the workers they sponsored to advance their business objectives," Jeff Joseph said.
