The transforming US Work environment and skills have been revealed in a survey held for the US Labor Market. It was held by the Center for Organizational Excellence of the APA. 1, 076 US adults participated in the survey and were employed full time or part-time. The survey was titled as Career Development and Job Skills Training Survey.
The conversations for future of jobs are now dominated by AI, Automation and skills retraining. 43% of the employed residents said that they are concerned over the transforming nature of US Work.
