David Davis the UK Brexit Minister has arrived in Brussels to commence the exit talks with the EU giving out a message that the Brexit talks would adhere to the schedule. David Davis also added that it is not that the UK wants to turn its back at the EU. It is necessary to arrive at a trade deal as this will ensure that both the UK and the EU flourish, added the UK Brexit Minister. He said that there is no change in the plans of Theresa May to execute Brexit as per the choice of the UK electorates that they expressed in the referendum held one year ago. The UK Brexit Minister said that he has arrived at Brussels to officially commence the exit talks with the EU and for execution of the historic referendum result held one year ago, as quoted by the Euro News. David Davis said that the UK intends to have freedom of managing its borders, to enact nation specific laws and assert its sovereignty by severing its ties with the EU. Theresa May is under intense pressure after the results of the snap general elections that delivered a hung parliament reduced her party’s majority in the parliament and more recently for her reaction to the devastating fire in London apartment. Though she has said that she intends to have a complete break up of ties with the EU, a section of the Tories have challenged this saying that it will risk the economic growth of the UK.
