An Entrepreneur from Italy Barbaro Vaccaro launched her “Barbara Art Studio” in January this year in Shanghai. She said that the incubator assisted in understanding all the paperwork regarding the Visa and license application. The official records reveal that approximately 600 firms were launched by overseas Entrepreneurs in the Yangpu district. It is a demonstration zone of the municipality of innovation and mass entrepreneurship.
