Below are some developments related to immigration to Canada for Canada Visa applicants that have occurred in a period of past few weeks:
Owing to the Quebec Acceptance Certificate program’s changes to provincial regulation, the interim measure launched to process an application for a study permit for Quebec designated learning institution is no longer applicable.
The government of Manitoba offered 27 invitation letters to candidates on 1 September through the Manitoba Business Stream that is a part of the Provincial Nominee Program of Manitoba. Candidates who received the application for immigrating to Manitoba had secured around 100 -90 points under the unique point’s grid of Manitoba the MPNP-B.
The eligibility requirement for the International Mobility Program’s Mobilité Francophone stream has been changed now. This will authorize Canadian employers outside Quebec to hire workers with French speaking ability more easily than before.
Provincial Nominee Program of British Columbia has decreased the points that are required by candidates to apply for a nomination from the province. This is applicable for all the categories that are managed under the unique SIRS of BC.
