Visas have been revoked provisionally especially for seven Middle Eastern Nations

With the loss for words, it’s hard to explain the plight of folks whose visas were being revoked. The congress administration imposes restrictions to enter the United States. This has sparked a humongous united legal revolt against the travel immigration ban. Despite the policies being pushed forward the current ruling Government is being blamed rather questioned of shutting doors which will be the adverse impact which is one worrisome and panic striking obstacle.

In the recent past, tens of thousands of visas have been revoked provisionally, especially of those people who represent seven Middle Eastern Nations. This imposing has provoked protests as result implying to the revolt of the Federal Judiciary as well to take a stand for the people vastly affected by the ban.

With the outpour of people increasing whose visa once issued are no longer being considered. This has enhanced perplexion the reason behind the revoking of the Visas already granted. Most of the people who have relied on the visas whose hopes came crashing down for a few who were sent back on return flights, a few who were deported at various locations. Much worse was for those who are representatives of the seven banned countries. The way the travelers are being handled has made the courts and people of the nation to take a firm stand against the provisional ban.

It is induced in every mind and soul that the travel ban is harming the green card residents and the visitors too. Airports across America has deplaned many even though they had valid documents and some who

those who hold work visas and green cards were clueless that they too would be victims of being considered as revoked, this has emerged as a unanimous result to protests which was an outburst never experienced in the History of the United States. The answers to these impositions are directed towards the challenges of the national security being the priority while issuing visas.

The sweeping travel ban has hugely played an impact on the immigration policy which banned both nationals and refugees from striding into the U.S. The ban was swift to have being implemented which caused all the chaos. The consulting agencies were unmindful about this that they were not corresponded and were not issued any sort of guidance. Now that it is now a more a nationwide public issues there are speculations that they might be hairline chances of it being reviewed and reversed.

It is with anticipation people seek to know what the new reversal would impact. Whether the ban on visas issued would continue which would affect immigrants to a larger extent. The key is of concern is about those special visas issued to the people who served the U.S during the war and who placed their lives at stake working as interpreters.

The policy would be the same for those who do not possess a green card that they would face obstacles. While the new order is on the way to be re-drafted steps to prioritize refugees who hail from religious based persecuted areas to be given asylum. The process is nail biting and totally at a criticality where a vague guess can’t be made as to what the new reversed order would be like and whom would it impact and whom would it benefit.

As we continue to hear of stories that students professor are finding it difficult to get into the U.S. It is going to be the responsibility of every country whose people will be going to the U.S to be sent went proper documentation on their nationals seeking benefits in the U.S. Above all attitudes and principles towards the host country ought not to be hostile during the longevity of the stay but should abide by the constitutional law and it’s found core principles.

Now it is a unanimous plea that the reversal should benefit and not spark any outrage. Bearing in mind the national security of the people of the United States. Even though it is the moral responsibility of the Congress Administration to protect the homeland and the authority of the constitution.

Further on, the anticipation is that the policy should be taken considering the lives of those people fearing persecution should not be turned away cause United Sates has always been an unbiased land that never discriminated, would it continue in the polices to commence. We will have to wait and watch.
