Quebec Arrima draw invites 506 candidates

The fifth Quebec Arrima draw of the year was held on March 10, 2022. The candidates have to apply on the online portal of Arrima for the Quebec Expression of Interest pool. The pool helps in ranking the profiles for the Quebec Expression of Interest. The candidates from this pool are issued ITAs or Invitation to apply. The recent draw set a minimum of 577 points. The score was determined by the points system of Quebec Expression of Interest. A total of 506 immigrants met the requirement and were issued ITAs for PR or permanent residency.   Procedure of Quebec Expression of Interest Quebec's Expression of Interest functions in the following method.

• The profile for the expression of interest is submitted through Arrima.
• The profile in the Expression of Interest pool is selected
• Profile is ranked according to the CRS
• The Quebec Certificate of Selection invites the highest ranking candidates
• The candidates get an invitation.
• Submission of the completed application within 60 days.
• Candidates receiving nomination certificates are eligible to apply for the permanent residency of Canada.

Requirement for the Quebec Expression of Interest The Quebec Expression of Interest points system is divided into two sections. The two sections are factors of human capital and the needs of the Quebec labor market. The candidates are also awarded points for their spouse or common-law partner who is already having a Canada PR. The factors of human capital are:
