Individuals who possess an authentic Quebec Selection Certificate can work in the province even without the Impact Assessment for Labor Market for the job (LMIA). They can submit the application for renewal or extension of their work permit in Quebec.
The arrangement for exemption of Impact Assessment for Labor Market – LMIA is under the pact with the federal government in Canada.
