PIO lawyer Neomi Rao will head Regulatory Affairs & Information Office at White House

PIO lawyer Neomi Rao has been confirmed by the Senate in the US to head the Regulatory Affairs and Information Office at White House. The confirmation of the nomination of PIO lawyer Ms. Rao as the Head of the Regulatory Affairs and Information Office of the White House was mainly on party lines. The Senate confirmed her appointment with 54-41 votes. Ms. Rao will be leading the office of the White House supervising regulations, as quoted by the Times of India.  The confirmation of Ms. Rao by the Senate has come at a time when it is bitterly divided based on party lines.
