Online applications are being accepted for Ontario’s OINP Corporate Stream

Online applications are now being accepted for the Ontario’s OINP Corporate Stream that facilitates overseas corporations to expand into Ontario or buy an existing business. This program permits corporations that have satisfied the requirements to sponsor a maximum of 5 workers to immigrate to Canada. The staff members must be crucial to the setting up, operations and success of the firm’s business in Ontario.

Streams for business immigration are not new to Ontario, Canada’s largest hub for economic activity. OINP Corporate Stream and Entrepreneur stream was launched in October 2015. On the other hand, OINP has now commenced the new system for online applications, as quoted by the Canadim.

Qualified candidates must submit their application via the e-Filing Portal of OINP by online. The number of provincial nomination available through this program for Canada PR is limited. So in case if your firm and you are qualified, you must immediately submit the application.

There are two business streams under Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program:

OINP Corporate Stream

This may be suitable for you in case if your firm is looking to expand its presence in Ontario or buy an existing business in the province. To qualify for this stream your corporation must be at least 3 years old in Ontario and have invested a minimum of 5 million dollars.

OINP Entrepreneur Stream

This stream may be appropriate for you if you intend to make an investment of at least 5 million dollars to buy a business in the province or establish a new business. You are required to demonstrate that you possess personal net worth of at least 800, 000 million dollars.
