Aspiring overseas immigrants can apply for the Canadian Permanent Residency Visa through diverse immigration pathways. A popular route is through the various Provincial Nominee Programs. One of the popular provinces in Canada is Manitoba which accepts applications through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
The MPNP’s new Federal Express Entry aligned program started accepting applications from January 2018. This stream is open to candidates who may qualify under an MPNP pathway, and who also meet the Express Entry criteria.
Candidates who wish to apply under this stream will now have to submit the below new documents:
In the MPNP, priority is given to candidates and spouses with close family connections in the province. Also given importances are the language proficiency, work experience, and training that enable a person to find jobs quickly.
