Do you know what Australia VEVO is?

Australia VEVO is an online service to check visa conditions and details. It is a quick and convenient method for viewing and e-mailing visa conditions and details.

Australia VEVO - Visa Entitlement Verification Online can, however, offer details about only those overseas nationals whose details are available with the systems of DHA. Some overseas nationals such as PR holders that have immigrated to Australia prior to 1990s may not have their details available. Same holds good for those who have not traveled outside Australia as their searchable data might be unavailable.

The online Australia VEVO facility is available for all visa holders. They can utilize this facility online or through the app My VEVO for checking current visa conditions and details, as quoted by the Home Affairs Gov Au.

VEVO also facilitates sending visa details to any e-mail address of your choice. It does not offer details of former visa or fresh visa applications that are under process by the Department of Home Affairs. Registration is not required to use VEVO. Immi card details or passport is adequate for this. Along with any one of these, you will also need one of the below reference numbers:

• TRN - Transaction Reference Number
• VGN - Visa Grant Number
• Visa Evidence Number

TRN can be used by all visa holders that are included in the online application for a visa. They can view complete details of the individual visa holder. Those who do not have any of the reference numbers can request for it through Reference Number Request for VIVO.

Those who have submitted applications online through Immi Account or have imported application into the Immi Account will be able to find their TRN and VGN in the Immi Account.
