The host countries, Australia and New Zealand, have introduced a (Trans-Tasman) joint visa for the World Cup period. Travellers travelling to Australia on a visit visa and can obtain a visa on Arrival in New Zealand between 26th Jan, 2015 and 29th March, 2015.
Australia expects to issue anywhere between 6000 and 7000 visit visas to Indians, and New Zealand expects a footfall of over 50,000 from across the world. Indians are set to largely contribute to that number of foreign visitors.
With just 3 months left for the mega event to begin, it’s about time you book your tickets. In just a matter of few days, you will see the prices go up four times from what it’s today.
ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 will be held in Australia and New Zealand starting on the 14th of Feb. If you plan to see your favorite players live in action, you will have to hurry up, book your seats at the earliest.
