Italy expands Visa services for India

Italy has expanded its Visa services for India with 3 new services. This is aimed at making the process of visa application flawless for applicants in India. This is apart from the existing services offered for Italy visa applicants from India.

The Embassy of Italy signed an agreement with VFS Global. This mandates the organization to offer series for Italy Visas in India and Nepal for another 4 years. Embassy of Italy along with its consulates is offering Italy Visa services in India from 2004. This is through its 3 Visa Application Centers, as quoted by the Travel Biz Monitor.

The Italy Visa services will now be expanded to 27 states in India under the latest extension.

Ambassador of Italy to Nepal and India Lorenzo Angeloni said that we have now expanded our Visa services for India. The 4-year extension of the agreement with VFS for Nepal and India has several innovations, he added. This includes enhanced services, new VACs, and technology that is user-friendly. It will help in serving better the needs of the increasing public in Nepal in India inclined to visit, study or doing Business in Italy, said Angeloni.

The VFS Global representative present at the occasion said that it is an honor to have the long-term partnership with Italy. The extension of the contract is a testimony to the trust expressed by the Embassy of Italy in us, he added. We are eager to offer innovative solutions to the applicants intending to travel to Italy. This is by offering options enabling them to experience the most flawless visa application process, said the representative.
