Infosys To Hire Employees In America

Indian IT giant is set to give jobs to almost 2100 people in US. This is to give a fillip to its business in that country. Applicants with  valid work visas can take a shot at applying for the jobs.

The addition of these jobs is to help provide the company’s clients with insights into its local markets, latest technology expertise and speedy responses to critical issues.

The details released by the company’s spokesperson details that hiring will be done in the following divisions:

  • 1500 Consulting professionals for delivery and sales
  • 600 Masters and Bachelor graduates from the Universities - of these 300 will be management and technology graduates, 180 will be recruited into its consulting practice

The technology and management graduates will work across multiple technical domains such as big data, cloud analytics and digital.

Speaking on its hiring plans, Infosys Head of HR, Peggy Tayloe said, ‘We believe in hiring professionals who will help us build a next-generation services company. Technology is truly reshaping the world around us today.’

The Executive Vice President Sandeep Dadlani added that Infosys believes in catching talent fresh from the best American schools. Graduates preferring a career in technology industry would best suit the company he said.
