Hurry! Canada NB Express Entry stream reopens for PR

The Canada NB Express Entry stream has reopened for PR applications and is accepting EOIs – Expressions of Interest. Express Entry Labour Market Stream has reopened on 28 November after its temporary closure in the month of September.

EOIs can now be submitted for the Express Entry linked immigration stream of New Brunswick. NB PNP – the Provincial Nominee Program of the province is accepting applications from qualified Express Entry candidates. It was closed provisionally in the September month, as quoted by the CIC News.

The LMS permits New Brunswick to nominate qualified candidates in the federal Express Entry system. This is for submitting an application for Canada PR.

The Canada NB Express Entry aligned stream has 5 criteria that must be fulfilled by the applicants for submitting EOI. These have been specified by the NBPNP and are:

• Having a profile in Express Entry, valid profile number, and validation code as Job Seeker
• Be living and working currently in New Brunswick. Letter of Employment must be submitted along with the EOI.
• The current job’s National Occupational Classification code must be at NOC Level B, A, or 0 and must be specified in the EOI
• Have valid scores of language test of level CLB 7 in all 4 competencies in language and submission of PDF copy of the test results along with the EOI
• Possess valid ECA - Educational Credential Assessment that corresponds to at least a High School Diploma at the Canadian Level; submission of PDF copy of the ECA along with the EOI

NBPNP has announced that only the candidates who fulfill all the 5 criteria must submit the EOI. Applications that do not fulfill all the 5 criteria will be rejected, it added.
