Greece Visa Application Centers in India to be open on Saturdays

Greece Visa Application Centers in India will now be open on Saturdays also as a part of endeavors to further make Greece Visa Application process easy for Indians. The Greece VACs now offer prime-time visa services to the applicants. These are now present at 15 major cities in India.

The Indian cities that have Greece Visa Application Centers include Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, and Goa. The VACs will function on Saturdays between 10 am to 4 pm. Applicants will also be able to collect their passports on Saturdays, as quoted by the Travelbizmonitor.

Ministry of Greece has mandated GVCW to assist the Hellenic Consular Authorities in offering Greece visas in many nations that include India as well. However, the granting of visa remains the prerogative of the New Delhi Greek Embassy.

Greece has visa service providers in four geographical zones. This is inclusive of zone number five that includes South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and India.

It also includes easy access through a dedicated website, information on visas including categories of visas and application status with application fees. They also have email support, dedicated call center unit, and responsive and professional staff to address visa queries.

A host of other value-added services are also offered by these Greece Visa Application Centers to the visa applicants. These include doorstep delivery of passports, SMS alerts, online status tracking, photocopying, and photo-booth. The services are offered at a nominal fee. This must be paid at the Visa Application Centers at the time of submission of the visa application.
