How can you ensure proper filing of H-1B Cap-subject application?

You must ensure that you have properly filed your H-1B Cap-subject application for ensuring maximum chances of approval. US Citizenship and Immigration Services - USCIS will begin accepting the cap-subject applications from 1 April 2019.

The H-1B Program permits firms in the US to provisionally employ overseas workers. This is in occupations that need the practical and theoretical application of a body of knowledge that is highly specialized. • The H-1B Cap-subject application can be filed not before 6 months of the date of the beginning of employment requested for the beneficiary
• Complete all sections included in the petition Form I- 129. This is inclusive of the Data Collection and Filing Fee Exemption Supplement – H-1B and the H Classification Supplement.
• Ensure that individual form has preferably black ink signature in the original. All signatures must be in compliance with PM-602-0134.1 - Signatures on Requests, Petitions, Paper Applications, and Other Documents Filed with USCIS
• Correct fee amount must be included with signed money orders or cheques
• All mandatory proofs and documents must be submitted with the application at the time of filing for ensuring timely processing
• It must be ensured that the LCA - Labour Condition Application appropriately corresponds to the position in your application
• The application must be submitted at the appropriate Servicer Centre of the USCIS
