UK PR Visa rules for immigrants have been rejected by the EU. UK’s hopes for new Visa and immigration system were overturned by politicians of the European Union on Brexit Day. The EU is asserting an agreement upon Britain according to which Britain has to concur with the European rulebook through a period of enactment of two years from 2019.
Brexit is about to happen within one year but still, there are certain concerns regarding the fate of the European Union migrants staying in the United Kingdom. There is a dubious cloud floating upon the heads of the EU migrants regarding the stay of migrants in the UK before the Brexit.
Apart from this, the Justice and Visa System are facing many serious accusations regarding dishonesty, falsification, abuse, and discrimination against regulators. This resulted in a Supreme Court announcement which articulated that the alleged regulators can be presented in front of employee tribunal facing charges of racial discrimination.
This is a clear indication that the justice system of the United Kingdom should be changed accordingly and should be reformed so as to prevent it from the misdeeds of officials and minimize the loopholes of the system. The bias existing within the system should be demolished and the abusive behaviour of the government officials should come to an end.
The current justice system of the UK is not effective in preventing the discrimination against the blacks and other minorities. Many citizens are raising a concern regarding the situation which might go out of control once Britain exits the European Union.
Theresa May, British Prime Minister is aiming for an enactment time in which the EU citizens can move to the UK for a membership period of 2 years. The government is insisting that the offer of permanent residence in Britain to the Europeans in Britain should be valid only till the day of Brexit. This demand was overturned by the EU and described this as ‘unacceptable’.
Brussels also asserted that the UK PR Visa rules for aforementioned citizens should be valid until the end of the transition period. Moreover, the European Union is now planning to pay out £ 230 million after the finalization of Brexit in order to cover three million applicants who come under the ‘settled status’.
