The purpose behind the document is to find a vendor for helping Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada [IRCC] modernize the processing of immigration applications.
IRCC expects a great surge in Canadian immigration applications after travel restrictions are eased internationally.

By modernizing its processes through technology, IRCC would be in a much stronger position for accommodating even more foreign nationals after the pandemic.
