The Canada MPNP streams are pathways for aspiring overseas immigrants to obtain Canada PR. Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has diverse streams under it. These are for overseas immigrants who possess experience and skills targeted by the province.

The selected applicants are offered a Provincial Nomination Certificate by the province. This could be through any one of the Canada MPNP streams. The result is that the overall immigration process for Canada is accelerated, as quoted by the CIC News.
