Australia will launch new visa to boost the job market and economy, revealed Peter Dutton the Minister of Home Affairs. This visa will be for individuals who intend to start business ventures in Australia.
Elaborating on the outline to launch new visa, Peter Dutton said that there will be no requirement of compulsory funding. The applicants must only demonstrate that they possess vocational English, added the Minister, as quoted by the SBS.
Increasing job opportunities and standards of living in Australia is the focus of the Turnbull government said, Peter Dutton. This is planned to be achieved by promoting investment and growth of business in Australia, he said.
The encouragement of entrepreneurs at the seed-stage to lead innovative ideas will help to enhance the future jobs, explained the Minister of Home Affairs.
Navjot Singh Kailay an Indian migrant said that he shifted from Adelaide to Melbourne last year in spite of having been living there for last one decade. The slow growth of the economy was the chief reason for leaving the State, he added.
Kailay said that many Australia PR holders with a South Australian State nomination move to other parts of the nation. They specifically shift to Melbourne and Adelaide in search of better opportunities, he added. The existing policies in the state are only attracting business immigration. They are unable to retain skilled immigrants, explained the Indian immigrant.
The Liberals in South Australia have been given an undertaking by the federal government to launch new visa on a pilot basis in the state. Through this visa, overseas investors and entrepreneurs will be able to apply for a provisional visa for the establishment of their business in Australia.
