6 Million Pounds worth scholarships are available for Indian students in Scotland revealed Universities Scotland. Out of this, 1 Million pounds worth scholarships have been specifically earmarked for attracting highly talented Indian students.

Below are some of the select scholarships from the wide range that are available:

200,000 £ worth new scholarships to mark the mission in India has been announced by The Scottish Funding Council. It will offer scholarships of worth up to 10,000 £ for 20 Indian students for 2018-19. It will be funded jointly by the Scottish universities and The Scottish Funding Council. It is limited to three mission themes – Food/water, Medical technologies and Big data.

7,000 £ worth new scholarship for 2018-19 has been launched by the Strathclyde Business School. It is a part of the University of Strathclyde. Indian applicants have the chance to pursue Strathclyde MBA in Glasgow. It is a full-time one-year course commencing in 2018 September.

2,000 £ tuition fee waiver for Indian student applicants has been introduced by the University of Stirling for 2018-19. It is applicable for Post-Graduate students, as quoted by the Sat PR News.

7,000 £ worth four new Education is GREAT India Scholarships are being offered by the Edinburgh Napier University. These are available for Indian students and are a joint initiative of the UK Universities and the British Council. It is aimed to assist extraordinary students from India for pursuing UK education.

Heriot-Watt University campuses in Scotland, Malaysia and Dubai are offering 150 scholarships to Indian students. For 2016-17, this university had offered scholarships worth £375,000 to students from India.

The University of the West of Scotland UWS is offering 120 scholarships to non-EU overseas students that are excellent in their academics. It is a part of the 120th anniversary of the university and available for students from India as well.

£ 80,000 and over scholarships are being offered by the University of Edinburgh for students from India. The highest scholarship is being offered by the Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation. It supports students from India who are exceptionally talented.
