Dubai does not specify an age limit for work Visas. However, candidates willing to migrate to Dubai with a work visa must be over 18 years old. The retirement age in Dubai is 60. Employees who obtain an annual work permit from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) can continue working until the age of 65 if they fulfill other eligibility requirements.
