  • Be employed in a job role specified on the relevant skilled occupation list.
  • Have a positive skills assessment report for your nominated occupation.
  • Be less than 45 years of age.
  • Have the required proficiency in the English language.
  • Fulfill the character and health requirements.
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Have a genuine intention to work in your nominated occupation.
  • Have valid advice from the RCB or Regional Certifying Body.
