Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada will be offering 22.4 million $ to SUCCESS for assisting in delivering these services. It is one of the 4 service providers offering on-ward referrals, orientation, and national-level information. This is for Family and Economic class pre-arrival clients, as quoted by the CIC News.
SUCCESS will offer online services and overseas in-person services. This is inclusive of specialized supports and comprehensive services for specific client groups and immigration categories. It has also been selected to offer general employment services online. This includes the development of soft skills and details regarding workplace in Canada.
The funding announcement made by IRCC is a part of its improved immigration program for pre-arrival services. This will optimize the social and economic integration of newcomers through:
IRCC launched an EOI process to seek proposals for Francophone, Family, and Economic class pre-arrival services. These services have commenced from 1 January 2019.
