You can extend your Subclass 417 visa by applying for a second or third Working Holiday visa in Australia. The Working holiday visa can’t be extended more than 12 months; instead, you can apply for the same Subclass 417 visa for up to three times. The Working Holiday visa subclass 417 visa allows candidates to stay in the country for 12 months, after which, if an applicant wants to continue residing in Australia, they must obtain a second working holiday visa.
The Working Holiday visa allows young nationals between 18 -30 or 18-35 years citizens of eligible countries to go to Australia for one year to work and study for up to four months. Applicants can apply for three Working Holiday visas, allowing them to stay in the country for 12 months each.
