European Union Ambassador Daniele Smadja, on Friday, said the EU will soon launch a ‘Blue card’ on the pattern of America’s Green Card which will allow skilled professionals from one country to another within the EU.

“The scheme will be eligible for skilled professional workers around the world including India.
