Foreign nationals cannot get a work visa without a job offer in Ireland, but as non-EU/EEA nationals without a job offer can be eligible for one of the Irish immigration stamps. The Irish immigration stamps allow a non-EEA/EU resident to look for employment in the country and apply for an Irish work visa.

There are various immigration routes open to those who do not have a job in Ireland through Immigration stamp. Candidates hoping to settle with their Irish partner (or partner with settled status in Ireland) or wish to study in the State.

Neither of these routes requires you to have a job, although the applicant will have to prove that you can support them financially during your time in Ireland.
