It elaborates on the sum of population variance for these regions during the period July 1, 2016, and July 1, 2017.
The figures announced by the Census Bureau are also inclusive of the breakup of the components of the variance in the population. This takes into consideration the net overseas immigration from other nations arriving at the county. The numbers of individuals exiting the county for other nations is deducted from it.
