The latest Canada PNP updates for immigrants

Here we present the latest Canada PNP updates for immigrants through April and May 2019:

2nd May: 43 candidates were invited by Saskatchewan to apply through the stream SINP Entrepreneur.

1st May: 202 Skilled workers were invited by Saskatchewan that included 81 candidates in Express Entry. This was under the sub-categories Occupations In-Demand and SINP Express Entry. ITAs were offered to candidates in crucial targeted occupations, as quoted by the CIC News. 

30th April: 64 Candidates were invited by British Columbia in a Tech Pilot draw inclusive of those in Express Entry to apply for Canada PR through a provincial nomination.

30th April: The stream OINP Masters Graduate was opened by Ontario for 667 fresh registrations.

26th April: The intake for both Foreign Worker Stream: Employer Job Offer and International Student Stream: Employer Job Offer has been paused by Ontario as of 26th April.

25th April: 299 Candidates including 30 from Express Entry were invited by Manitoba to apply for MPNP - Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.

23rd April: 157 Candidates were invited by British Columbia under BC PNP inclusive of those in Express Entry to apply for Canada PR through a provincial nomination.

18th April: 113 Labour Impact and Express Entry candidates were invited by Prince Edward Island under PEI PNP to apply for Canada PR through provincial nomination with 17 extra Business candidates.

17th April: 334 Candidates were invited by Saskatchewan to apply to its Overseas Skilled Worker sub-categories: (220 candidates) Occupations In-Demand and (114 candidates) Express Entry.

16th April: A wide range of regulatory changes have been proposed by Ontario that would result in criteria changes for all streams in OINP if passed.

16th April: 71 Candidates were invited by British Columbia in the largest BC PNP Tech Pilot draw so far inclusive of those in Express Entry to apply for Canada PR through a provincial nomination.

16th April: Update on yearly quotas for a range of streams under SINP was provided by Saskatchewan

11th April: 403 Candidates including indefinite candidates from Express Entry were invited by Manitoba to apply for MPNP - Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.

11th April: A range of initiatives for immigration were announced by Ontario in its Provincial Budget inclusive of a proposal to start a Tech Stream under Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.

9th April: 142 Candidates were invited by British Columbia under BC PNP inclusive of those in Express Entry to apply for Canada PR through a provincial nomination.

5th April: 22 Candidates were invited by Ontario to apply for provincial nomination under the stream OINP Entrepreneur.

4th April: 27 Candidates were invited by Nova Scotia to apply for the Nova Scotia Nominee Program’s Entrepreneur stream. NSNP is also a Canada PNP.

4th April: Eligible occupations list for SINP Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry sub-categories were revamped by Saskatchewan adding several fresh occupations.

2nd April: 26 Candidates were invited by British Columbia under Tech Pilot draw inclusive of those in Express Entry to apply for Canada PR through a provincial nomination.
