Even after graduation, international students continue to contribute to the American economy. A case in point is 40% of Nobel Prizes awarded to the US have been contributed by immigrants. They are a driving force behind the innovation and growth of the economy.
The economic impact of foreign students studying in US universities is impressive. The tuition fees and living costs spent by foreign students contributed to a total value of around 40 billion in the last financial year which is comparable to the revenue from other American exports.
The US continues to remain the top destination for international students.
