Meanwhile, growth was observed in areas like mining, quarrying, and oil and gas, signalling a realignment in sectoral demand. Job vacancies held steady at 529,700, though they dropped 12.1% compared to March 2024, suggesting tightening opportunities in several industries. These trends underline a job market in transition, one where demand is shifting, wages are rising, and strategic career planning is more important than ever.
