CRS lowers to 241 points on November 1 Express entry draw:
The latest Express entry draw held on 1 November witnessed lowering of CRS points to 241. 795 applicants in the Express entry pool were offered the ITA for Canada PR in this draw.
395 Skilled workers invited to immigrate by Manitoba on 31 October draw:
395 skilled workers received an invitation from the Manitoba province on 31 October to immigrate to the province. They have been invited for the PR Canadian visa by Manitoba to settle in the province. These candidates can now apply for immigrating to the province via Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. They can also be accompanied by the family members, as quoted by the CIC News.
National Francophone Immigration Week:
The first day of Canada’s National Francophone Immigration Week falls on 30 October. It is a weeklong event. Ahmed Hussen the Immigration Minister of Canada shared his views on this occasion. This has been created by the Francophone Immigration Networks and Federation of Francophone and Acadian Communities of Canada. It has been done to highlight the Francophone diversity and immigration in Canada.
Intake limit exhausted by Ontario Ph.D. Graduate Stream:
On 30 October it was announced by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program that the intake limit has been exhausted by Ontario Ph.D. Graduate Stream. The latest intake period had commenced on 12 October.
1000 more applications to be accepted by Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker stream:
Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker stream has reopened to accept 1000 more applications from immigrant applicants. This sub-category of Immigrant Nominee Program Saskatchewan is aligned with Express entry.
