Australia to introduce new set of visas this year

The Entrepreneur Visa and the improved permanent visa route to STEM postgraduate research students will be introduced in the months of November and December, respectively, this year. The program enhancement has been proposed following the findings of the Australian Bureau of Statistics, which showed that jobs requiring STEM skills grew 50 percent more rapidly compared to the other jobs during 2006- 2011.
