Upon approval, the residence permit card will be directly delivered to the nearest local embassy, and you will be notified, prompting you to go and collect it in person.

Yes, you can work with a Swedish residence permit, depending on your permit type. You can legally live and work in Sweden with a Swedish residence and work permit. Individuals with a residence permit for visiting family or studies are generally not authorized to work, unless they have permission. You may also be required to apply for a separate work permit if you choose to work in Sweden.
