Fortunately, their service is good and they are not fraudsters like many reviews read about them. Srilatha - the process consultant that we were assigned to has been there always to attend our queries and questions. She had meticulously guided us on how to do the ACS, notary, RPL etc. Although the auditing process took a bit too long, we are quite glad with the overall service and assistance of Y-Axis and Srilatha (Hyderabad) and Ramya (Chennai) especially.
