I am processing for Canadian Express Entry and very much thankful to my process consultant. She has guided me throughout the process in document submission and skill assessment. The agent is well trained and has the ability and skills in follow-ups and fulfilling the required documents. In terms of communication and followup, I would rate Y-AXIS in the top list. My suggestion to Y-AXIS would be to create a graphical mapping chart for clients and to showcase the pending stages and possible completion date of the pending items.
