No, you are not required to attend a visa interview for the Singapore work visa. The process to apply for a Singapore work visa is employer-driven. It means, your Singapore-based employer will apply for a work visa on your behalf. If the application is approved, you will receive an In-Principle Approval or IPA letter letting you enter Singapore and collect your work visa. The work visa of Singapore is also known as a work pass.
