Nurses with the job roles that fall under the skilled or speciality occupation can apply for the US H-1B Visa. The people who are applying through this visa should have a valid job offer for a nurse job in the US. The applicants whose job role comes under the Standard Registered Nurses category cannot apply for the US H-1B Visa. The Standard Registered Nurses job roles are not classified as speciality occupations.
