The candidates with a Bachelor's degree and are offered at university and non-university institutions with a duration of one to two years are considered.

Level of additional, supplementary and postgraduate studies, provided that it was carried out at a recognized university and builds on a regular 3-to-4-year bachelor's degree.

In the case of distance learning degrees, the distance learning course must have been approved by the competent local authority at the time of study.
