H-1B visa registration dates for FY 2024 announced and will start from March 1, 2023

USCIS released the registration dates of H-1B visa for FY 2024. The registrations will start from March 1 and will end on March 17, 2023. Representatives and petitioners have to finish their registrations in this period. A confirmation number will be given to each registration for tracking. Case status cannot be tracked by using this number.

Registration fee for the H-1B visa

Petitioners and representatives have to register each beneficiary. A registration fee of $10 for each beneficiary has to be paid. US employers and agents have to start creating their accounts from February 21, 2023.

Adding clients

Representatives are also allowed to add clients and beneficiary information but registration has to be done from March 1, 2023. Several beneficiaries can be added through a single account. There is an option to edit and save registrations as a draft before making payment.

Selection of candidates for H-1B visa

If enough registrations are received by USCIS, a random selection will be done. If the registrations are less, all the applications submitted in the initial period will be selected if they meet the requirements for the H-1B visa.
