  1. Eligibility check

The AINP checks your eligibility, and if you meet the minimum requirements for the Alberta Express Entry Stream, then you will receive an invitation through email. After receiving an invitation from AINP, you can apply for a provincial nomination.

*Note: You cannot apply to this without receiving the invitation and cannot apply under different streams.

**Check your eligibility to Canada

You can check your eligibility to Canada for free through quick Y-Axis Canada Points Calculator. Check your eligibility right away through our Canada points grid.

  1. Applying for a provincial nomination

After receiving the email invitation from Alberta, you have to determine your criteria (If any misrepresentation is observed, the province bans you from applying for five years).

The completely filled applications go into the pool of eligible forms, which are considered for provincial nominations. These applicants will have 30 days period to accept your online Express Entry profile.

Next, your CRS score will be added with an additional 600 points in your Express Entry score. This will not guarantee your permanent residency. Instead, your chances will be boosted to get selected in the pool.

You can apply to permanent residency after receiving ITA from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) in the Express Entry draw.
